Join a global finance practice as an associate focused on derivatives and structured products within a busy debt capital markets team. You will advise on on- and off-balance-sheet structured products programmes, securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging and repo/securities lending structures, repackagings and related regulatory matters.

The role is office-based in London with an agile hybrid working approach (up to c.40% remote) and a standard working week around 35 hours; additional hours may be required. The team is collaborative and international, offering structured training and development.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 1–3 years PQE (or equivalent).
Experience from a top-tier or leading finance practice, with direct derivatives / structured products exposure.
Strong drafting and technical legal skills, with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Excellent interpersonal, project-management and client-facing abilities; comfortable working in a team and under pressure.
