Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate — Corporate

Join a national corporate team supporting venture capital transactions and emerging growth companies. The role focuses on representing startups and investors in early- and growth-stage financings, equity and convertible instruments, governance matters, and related commercial documentation.

This is an opportunity to work across multiple U.S. offices on a high-volume, transactional platform that handles cross-border and domestic matters for clients ranging from seed-stage companies to later-stage VC-backed businesses. Collaborative team environment with opportunities for significant deal exposure and professional development.

• Demonstrable experience advising on venture capital financings, equity transactions or startup company matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced, client-focused matters and manage multiple engagements.
