Employment & Labor Associate (1-3 years)

Top-tier national firm has an opening for an associate to join a fast-paced employment & labor practice. The role focuses on employment counseling, executive employment and separation agreements, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment issues arising in corporate transactions.

Position is open in the firm's Reston, VA or Washington, DC offices. Candidates with some litigation experience are preferred but not required. The team offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation that varies by location and experience.

• 1-3 years of employment & labor experience
• Experience with employment counseling, regulatory/statutory compliance, and executive employment/separation agreements
• Experience advising on employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Strong academic record and excellent written/verbal communication skills; litigation experience a plus
