Am Law 100 firm seeks an associate to join its fast-paced Employment & Labor practice group in either of two East Coast offices (Reston, VA or Washington, DC). The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of broad experience in employment counseling, including statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and the employment dimensions of mergers and acquisitions. Some litigation experience is a plus.
