The team advises public and private company clients on tax, securities and benefits implications of incentive plans and other compensation structures.
Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating plan documents and transaction‑related documents, counseling clients on compliance and plan design, and working on team matters while managing discrete components independently. The group works across practices and industries and values collaborative, commercial problem‑solving.
- 4–7 years' post‑qualification experience in ERISA, executive compensation or employee benefits work
- Experience advising public and private companies on equity‑based arrangements and incentive plans; familiarity with tax and securities issues
- Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans a plus
- Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bar admission in good standing preferred; ability to work effectively both in teams and independently
