Employment & Trade Secret Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Seeking an associate with 2–5 years of experience to join a management-side employment and trade secret litigation team in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on defending and litigating employment disputes, including trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, and providing day-to-day employment counseling to fast-growing technology clients.

Work will include counseling on terminations, leaves, internal investigations, reductions in force, policy drafting and review, and advising on employment issues arising in M&A and other corporate transactions. The position requires regular in‑office attendance under current firm hybrid norms.

• 2–5 years post-qualification experience in management-side employment litigation and trade secret/covenant matters
• Experience counseling technology companies on day-to-day employment issues and employment aspects of transactions
• Admission to the D.C. Bar preferred
• Excellent academic record and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in-office on a weekly basis in Washington, D.C.
