Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a 1st- to 2nd-year associate to join its Employment and Labor practice group in New York. The successful candidate will have broad experience in employment law, with training and interest in both counseling and litigation. The role involves daily counseling of clients—including those in New York and Florida—as well as employment support on M&A transactions.

Counsel clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
Provide employment-related support on transactional work.
Handle employment litigation matters as needed.

Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent writing and communication skills, and have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility and willingness to seek admission, is required.

1–2 years of broad employment law experience
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
