Employment & Labor Associate — New York

Growing national firm seeks a 1st- or 2nd-year associate to join its Employment & Labor practice in New York. The role combines day-to-day counseling and employment litigation, with regular support on corporate transactions and M&A-related employment matters.

The position will counsel and defend clients across multiple U.S. jurisdictions, including New York and Florida. The team values strong writing, client-facing communication, initiative, and solid academic credentials.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $235,000 (final offer dependent on location, experience and skillset). A comprehensive benefits package and parental leave offerings are provided.

• 1-2 years of experience in employment law, with exposure to both counseling and litigation
• Experience or interest supporting employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Admitted to the Florida Bar, or eligible and willing to seek admission
• Excellent writing and communication skills; strong academic credentials
