Employment & Labor Associate — New York

Well-regarded national law firm seeks a 1–2 year associate for its Employment & Labor practice in the New York office. The role combines counseling and litigation work, with regular employment support on M&A transactions and cross-jurisdictional matters.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day client counseling, assist on employment litigation, and support transactional diligence and integration work. The position offers exposure to matters involving multiple U.S. jurisdictions and a collaborative team environment.

• 1–2 years of experience in employment and labor law, with exposure to both counseling and litigation
• Experience supporting employment aspects of M&A transactions preferred
• Strong writing, communication and client-service skills; self-motivated with initiative
• Admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility and willingness to seek admission to the Florida Bar
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
