Employment & Labor Attorney

Our firm is seeking an associate to join our fast-paced employment and labor practice group in either our Reston, Virginia or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of broad experience in employment counseling, with particular focus on statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Some litigation experience is a plus.
