We are seeking a mid-level associate with 4–6 years of experience and top academic credentials, with litigation at the core of your practice.
- Provide day-to-day advice and counsel on employment law compliance.
- Litigate trade secret and employee mobility matters, whistleblower claims (including SOX and Dodd-Frank), and defend high-stakes wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and pay disputes.
- Defend companies in complex employment actions in state and federal court, including wage and hour, discrimination, and pay equity class, collective, and representative actions.
- Conduct workplace investigations, including those involving C-suite executives.
- Advise on employment law issues in mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions.
- Negotiate executive employment, separation, and similar agreements.
Qualified candidates will have strong writing and client relations skills, the ability to manage litigation day-to-day, draft and argue substantive briefs and motions, and take and defend depositions with limited supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Admission to the bar in the state where you practice, or eligibility to waive in, is required.
