National employment and labor practice is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its Riverside, CA office. The team represents employers in litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings and mediations across a broad range of employment claims, including discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and related matters.

The role involves defending and litigating individual and class/collective employment matters, counseling and training employer clients, and managing cases through trial or resolution. Hybrid work arrangements and participation in firm-wide practice initiatives are expected.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
4–6 years' post-qualification litigation experience; employment law background preferred
Active California bar admission in good standing
Experience with wage-and-hour and class/PAGA matters preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy, organizational and project-management skills
