Apply in confidence →Top-tier law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Energy & Climate Solutions practice on matters focused on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and commercial procurement for energy and infrastructure projects. The team works on a broad slate of clean‑energy and climate‑tech projects, including solar, storage, wind, geothermal, hydrogen, carbon capture and related infrastructure.
The role is open across multiple U.S. offices; preferred locations include San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., New York, Salt Lake City and Boston. The position offers opportunities to work on complex, often first‑of‑a‑kind transactions and project development matters in a collaborative, mission‑driven group.
- 4–8 years post‑qualification experience in engineering and construction law, and commercial procurement contracts (EPC, O&M, supply agreements)
- Experience on energy and infrastructure project development (renewables, storage, transmission, or related technologies)
- Strong drafting, negotiating and commercial judgment on project documentation and procurement strategy
- Licensed to practice in the U.S.; admission to state bar or eligibility for reciprocity preferred
