Join a busy fund finance team handling new and ongoing credit facilities and related transactional work. The role focuses on documentation and execution for amendments, increases, maturity extensions, joinders and closings for fund-level financings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing closing deliverables (resolutions, UCC filings, legal opinions and certifications), coordinating with lenders' and local counsel across jurisdictions, preparing loan agreement summaries for knowledge management, and supporting transaction closings. The team offers a collaborative, close-knit environment with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as experience grows.

This role is based in New York. The position does not sponsor work visas.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York bar.
Interest in and aptitude for transactional fund finance work (drafting, document review, and closing coordination).
Strong written and oral communication, organization, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with internal and external counsel across jurisdictions.
Preferred: familiarity with Excel, iManage and Microsoft Word.
