Fund Finance Staff Attorney — Finance & Banking, New York

We are seeking a staff attorney to join a fund finance team in New York that represents lenders providing financing to private equity funds. The role focuses on reviewing fund organizational documents and responding to diligence questions related to limited partnership agreements and side letters.

With guidance from senior deal team members, the attorney will draft loan documentation and security instruments memorializing lending to private equity funds. The position requires strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Juris Doctor and active New York bar admission (or imminent admission)
• Experience with fund finance, private equity fund documentation, or fund formation matters
• Experience drafting or reviewing loan and security documentation preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work with senior deal teams
