Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an entry-level (Class of 2026) or junior (Classes of 2024–2025) associate to join its dynamic corporate practice in Los Angeles. The group advises entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions, and established companies on sophisticated matters, with a strong focus on technology, life sciences, and other high-growth industries.

Entry-level candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in corporate practice; junior associates should have one to two years of general corporate experience involving public and/or private companies.
Ideal backgrounds include experience with emerging companies and venture capital, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, or other general corporate matters at a national or international law firm.
All candidates should have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
