Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year associate to join its Los Angeles corporate team focusing on private equity and M&A work. The role involves supporting fund and portfolio-company transactions, working closely with deal teams and client-side business partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Typical matters include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents, and managing day-to-day client needs on private equity transactions. The team values strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to take a lead role on client deliverables.

3–6 years of PQE with private equity and M&A experience
Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and related transaction documents
