A leading global law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate Practice in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to train and work with a dynamic, nationally recognized practice group representing U.S. and non-U.S. public and private issuers, underwriters, financial institutions, funds, broker-dealers, and investment firms in U.S. and cross-border securities offerings.

The firm's global Capital Markets Practice handles a broad range of transactions, including initial public offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, registered direct offerings, at-the-market programs, equity line transactions, SPACs, REITs, and PIPEs.

2–6 years of significant corporate transaction experience, with an emphasis on capital markets
