The role focuses on counseling clients across the procurement lifecycle, performing risk assessments, supporting internal reviews and investigations, and advising on mandatory and voluntary disclosures.
Responsibilities include legal research and analysis of federal procurement laws and regulations; drafting memoranda, disclosures, and client-facing work product; and client- and government-facing engagement on sensitive regulatory matters. The position involves close collaboration with senior lawyers on sophisticated matters and opportunities to contribute to matter development and client service strategy.
Candidates must be admitted to the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills and a demonstrated track record advising on government contracts compliance and investigations are essential.
