Health Care Litigation Associate — Litigation

Seeking a civil litigation associate to join a national litigation team focused on health care disputes. The role is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices and will involve work on health care litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations.

The ideal candidate will handle written discovery, legal research, motion drafting, and related litigation tasks under partner supervision. Health care experience is a plus but not required; you'll work on complex, high‑stakes matters for institutional clients.

• 4–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
• Strong academic record and highly developed writing and analytical skills
• Bar admission in the state of the hiring office or eligibility for admission by waiver
