Healthcare Litigation Attorney

Role Overview: Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their Denver office. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and fully remote options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle healthcare-related litigation matters, including commercial litigation disputes.
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and lead written discovery efforts.
• Manage case assignments with minimal supervision, from inception through resolution.
• Engage in forward-facing client interactions and appear at hearings, depositions, and trials.

Candidate Profile:

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Colorado.
• Strong academic background and excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Proven research abilities and a self-starter mindset.
• Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery is required.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation ($125,000–$195,000) and comprehensive benefits, including eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in healthcare or commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
