Corporate – M&A/Private Equity Associate

We are seeking associates from law school classes 2021–2024 to join our M&A and Private Equity teams in Denver.

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions.
• Handle general corporate matters and draft transaction documents.
• Manage deals with a high degree of independence and direct client contact.

Ideal candidates will have significant M&A experience, a strong understanding of corporate law and market terms, and a driven, business-development-oriented mindset.

Significant experience handling M&A transactions; strong drafting and deal-management skills; ability to take on high-level responsibility and work autonomously.
