We are seeking a 2–4 year associate to join a national healthcare regulatory team focused on health innovation and health tech companies. The role involves advising companies at all stages—from pre-formation to public markets—on regulatory, privacy, and compliance matters related to health IT, telehealth, remote monitoring, wearables, and AI-enabled products.

Day-to-day work will include counseling on federal and state healthcare regulatory issues, privacy and data protection, reimbursement and value-based arrangements, and fraud-and-abuse matters. The team works across multiple U.S. offices; periodic travel to client events and conferences is expected.

2–4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory law or related practice
Experience with HIPAA, state health privacy laws, and health data interoperability issues
Familiarity with fraud-and-abuse laws (Anti‑Kickback, Stark, False Claims Act) and reimbursement/value-based care concepts
Strong writing, analytical, project-management skills, and client-focused judgment
