Fast-growing intellectual property team seeks a midlevel associate to support a life-sciences patent prosecution practice based in Seattle. The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications in biotechnology and related life-sciences technologies, working with cross-functional teams and external counsel.

The team is looking for someone with 1–5 years of relevant patent prosecution experience and an advanced scientific degree (Ph.D. preferred). USPTO registration is required — candidates must already be registered or be prepared to take and pass the patent bar within the first year of employment.
