Join a flexible resourcing team at a leading international law firm to deliver interim commercial contracts support for major financial‑services clients. Assignments are typically 3–6 months and available full‑time or part‑time.

You will be sponsored and supported by firm resources and know‑how while working on client matters, with access to training and networking opportunities for interim consultants. Roles involve drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts, including data, IT and research agreements, in fast‑moving environments.

Qualified lawyer (UK-qualified preferred).
Proven commercial contracts experience, including data, IT and research contracts.
Experience working in‑house and/or with financial‑services clients is desirable.
Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and autonomously.
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) and willingness to complete background checks/DBS where required.
