Junior Associate — Capital Markets, Los Angeles

Top-tier Los Angeles capital markets team is seeking a junior lateral associate (Classes of 2024–2025) with transactional securities experience. The role involves leading and supporting transactions across equity and debt capital markets, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, at-the-market programs, investment-grade and high-yield debt, convertible securities and private placements.

Responsibilities also include advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters, structuring complex or non‑traditional capital markets transactions, and building relationships with issuers, underwriters and investors. The position offers an enhanced mentor program for lateral associates, a strong pro bono program, and a hybrid work model (primarily in-office Monday–Thursday with some remote flexibility).

The expected starting base salary range for this role is $225,000–$235,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year‑end bonus. Candidates open to relocation to Los Angeles are encouraged to apply.
