Associate, Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance — Los Angeles

Seeking an associate to join a busy securities and corporate governance team in the Los Angeles office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on advising public companies on corporate governance matters and governance aspects of public offerings.

Work will include counseling on securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure obligations, drafting governance-related documents, and supporting transactional and compliance matters. The team offers exposure to high‑profile public company matters and collaborative deal work.

• Law school class years 2020 024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, including governance issues in IPOs or public offerings
• Familiarity with securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic record and demonstrable writing and legal research skills
