Boutique-to-global legal team seeks a Capital Markets Associate to join a busy Los Angeles corporate securities practice. The group handles U.S. and cross-border capital markets matters including equity and debt offerings, IPOs, registered and Rule 144A transactions, ATMs, SPACs, REITs and PIPEs.

This role offers meaningful transactional responsibility in a fast-paced environment, competitive compensation, and a full benefits package. Candidates will work on issuers', underwriters' and financial institution matters across public and private securities transactions.

2–6 years post-qualification experience in capital markets or corporate securities transactions
Experience with IPOs, debt offerings, Rule 144A/Reg S and other public/private securities issuances
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and written communication skills
Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission; able to manage a demanding workload and client responsibilities
