Junior Associate – Corporate & Regulatory Insurance

Join a globally recognised insurance specialist practice in Dublin, advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and other financial services clients on corporate, regulatory and transactional matters.

Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will support clients on complex domestic and cross-border matters, including regulatory compliance, governance, restructurings, M&A, portfolio transfers, distribution and outsourcing arrangements, and risk management. The role offers excellent client exposure, responsibility and development opportunities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland
• 1–5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within insurance, financial services regulation, corporate, commercial or transactional practice
• Experience advising regulated entities or a strong interest in the insurance and reinsurance sector
• Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for developing technical expertise
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in the insurance and financial services markets

• Cross-border experience is advantageous but not essential
