In this role, you will advise clients on a broad range of compensation matters, including share-based and other incentive programs, executive and director compensation, employee benefits, pensions, and global mobility. • Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bar admission in the state of employment (in good standing)
  • Experience advising on cross-border transactions (M&A, spin-offs, IPOs, redomiciliations) is a plus
