Knowledge & Development Lawyer — Funds

Join a leading UK funds team as a Knowledge & Development Lawyer focused on fund formation and investment management. This role sits within a market-leading practice and will support lawyers across the funds group to maintain technical excellence and deliver best-in-class client service.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and partners to design and deliver training, refresh precedents and guidance, and drive knowledge initiatives that keep the team commercially sharp. The role is open to candidates with funds, banking or corporate transactional experience, or to current knowledge & development lawyers seeking greater strategic responsibility.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK legal qualification.
• Experience in funds, investment management, banking or general corporate transactional work.
• Experience designing and delivering training, precedents, or knowledge-management products for fee-earners.
• Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
