Seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support a leading tax practice in New York. The role focuses on developing and implementing the practice group’s knowledge strategy, creating and maintaining precedents and practice resources, and improving access to know‑how across tax matters.

The position requires hands‑on engagement with legal technology and AI tools to identify use cases, pilot solutions, and support adoption of AI‑enabled workflows. The role also contributes to thought leadership, client‑facing materials, training programs, and development of dashboards and reports that surface practice intelligence.

J.D. or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' tax experience at a large law firm
Practical experience with knowledge management, precedent drafting, and practice resource development
Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications; experience piloting or implementing tech solutions
Strong written and verbal communication, training and mentoring skills, and attention to detail
