This role is open across multiple U.S. offices with a primary hiring focus in California; candidates should be prepared to handle counseling, litigation and internal investigations matters for employers.
The team handles a mix of single‑plaintiff and class/collective actions, employment counseling and workplace investigations. Successful applicants will contribute to client advice, drafting and motion practice and will work closely with senior litigators and counseling attorneys.
Current federal judicial clerks completing terms in summer or fall 2026 are encouraged to apply. Active California Bar membership is required for California-based placements. - 2–5 years’ experience at a large law firm (junior to midlevel)
- Employment law or general litigation experience with strong drafting and research skills
- Experience with employment counseling, single‑plaintiff litigation, class/collective actions and/or investigations
- Excellent academic credentials and written communication skills
- Active California Bar membership; federal clerks finishing in 2026 welcome
