J.D. required with strong academic credentials
Active bar membership in good standing (California preferred; other states considered)
3-5 years of experience in a law firm employment group
Experience providing employment compliance advice and counsel to employers preferred
Excellent drafting, writing, research, and communication skills
Strong project management and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to handle multiple priorities
