Senior lawyer sought to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary Corporate and Estate Planning practice in London. The role combines transactional corporate work with high-net-worth estate and succession planning matters, and will suit an experienced partner used to managing teams and advising private clients and businesses.

The firm is looking for a candidate who can bring and develop client relationships; a portable practice or book of business would be welcomed. You will work with a broad mix of corporate governance, wealth planning and contentious/preventive matters, collaborating with other practice areas as needed.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and estate/wealth planning.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Experience advising on corporate governance and related compliance matters; familiarity with white-collar/financial crime issues advantageous.
Strong team leadership, business development and client-management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant UK jurisdiction.
