Leading international firm seeks a Munich-based lateral partner to strengthen its finance and corporate practice groups with a focus on asset and investment management work. The role will involve advising on complex financings, fund-related corporate structures and cross-border transactions for institutional clients.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will manage matters, mentor fee-earners and help grow the practice in Germany. The team works across finance and corporate mandates and collaborates closely with other European and global offices.

Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate matters, with demonstrable work on asset or investment management transactions.
Proven track record of leading deals and supervising teams on complex, cross-border mandates.
Strong client relationship and business development skills; a portable book of business is welcome but not required.
Fluency in German and English preferred for client-facing responsibilities.
