We are seeking a qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with no professional experience required to join our International Credit Finance practice group in Frankfurt. You will support complex national and cross-border financings, as well as tailored debt finance instruments, taking into account all legal and tax aspects. The work has a significant impact on the growth and development of companies, banks, and public institutions. You will be involved in fascinating assignments, challenging issues, and global projects.

Your areas of work will include acquisition and takeover financings, general corporate financings, bilateral and syndicated corporate loans, structuring of national and international collateral packages, real estate finance, and project and infrastructure financings as well as export financings.
