Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to join its Finance & Banking practice in Frankfurt am Main.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cross-border financing transactions within a dynamic, collaborative team.

• Support on international credit and lending transactions
• Drafting and reviewing finance documentation
• Legal research and analysis in banking and finance law
• Assisting senior associates and partners on client matters

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or comparable legal qualification
• Strong academic record with a focus on banking and finance law
• Relevant professional experience in international credit transactions
• Excellent command of German and English
• High motivation, team spirit, and attention to detail
