In this role, you will support senior associates and partners in advising leading national and international companies on a wide range of employment matters. You will handle both ordinary and strategic issues, including contentious matters, trade union relations, social security law, and the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements. The ideal candidate will be an Italian-qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials, ideally with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in employment law. You will bring excellent communication skills, a commitment to client service, and the ability to manage a varied workload.
