Apply in confidence →We are currently recruiting a bright lawyer or senior lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team within our market leading Real Estate group in Milan. If you're an ambitious lawyer with a solid experience in real estate, excellent command of verbal and written English (any other main foreign language would also be a real asset), bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that's redefining the possible.
You'll manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law and you will work closely together with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for the realisation of real estate investments.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Working as part of our market leading real estate team and undertaking a broad variety of work that will cover our core real estate services
- Handling acquisitions, developments, disposals, as well as lease, construction and property management mandates
- Advising corporate clients and investment companies in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate
- Collaborating with colleagues from funds, finance, and tax to provide 360-degree advice on all aspects of real estate investments
About you
- Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar
- Between 4 and 5 years' PQE (though we do not set upper or lower limits for vacancies; this range reflects the level of knowledge and experience likely needed for this role)
- Solid background in real estate and basic understanding of corporate matters
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
- Service-minded, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude
- Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
- Open to changing environments which require daily learning
