You will bring a strong track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations, with the flexibility to advise on a wide variety of commercial legal issues.

Experience and Expertise:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a commercial lawyer, gained in-house or within a leading law firm
Extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
Proven experience advising on supplier agreements, procurement arrangements and vendor relationships
Experience advising on customer contracts and supporting commercial negotiations
Strong understanding of contract law principles and their practical application in a business environment
Ability to identify legal, commercial and operational risks arising from contractual arrangements
Experience providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders
Demonstrated capability to manage a varied portfolio of BAU legal matters across multiple business functions
Experience supporting senior executives and providing advice on strategic and operational issues
Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities and deadlines
Experience building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different business areas
Demonstrated capability as a true generalist lawyer with the flexibility to advise on a wide variety of legal issues
