We are seeking a Legal Technology & AI Attorney to join our Investment Funds practice group. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice, technology, and innovation, focusing on how artificial intelligence and new workflows are transforming the delivery of legal services.

You will work with attorneys and administrative teams across multiple U.S. offices to design, test, and implement AI-driven tools, document automation solutions, and knowledge management systems that enhance efficiency and quality in funds work.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to investment funds legal work
  • Developing and refining agentic workflows and prompt libraries
  • Evaluating and piloting new legal technology platforms
  • Maintaining and updating fund transaction templates, precedents, and guidance materials
  • Training attorneys and staff on new tools and knowledge resources
  • Acting as a trusted resource for lawyers seeking practical technology and knowledge support

This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who combines strong legal acumen with genuine enthusiasm for legal tech innovation. The position offers the opportunity to shape how a leading firm leverages AI in its funds practice.

Qualifications include:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree with strong academic credentials
  • Active bar admission and good standing in the jurisdiction where based
  • 3–5 years of legal experience, ideally in investment funds or a related transactional practice
  • Demonstrated interest in legal technology, AI tools, and process innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative, critical thinking, and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
  • Personal or professional experience with coding, workflow design, or building legal tech solutions is a strong plus
