Our client, a leading full-service international law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers across offices in the United States and Europe, is seeking a senior associate to join its litigation practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes disputes as part of a collegial and collaborative team.

Take a lead role in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
Draft pleadings, briefs, and other court filings; manage and analyze discovery; take and defend depositions.
Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies and provide practical, business-minded advice.
Mentor junior associates and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
4–7 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to complex commercial or securities litigation preferred.
Superior legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Experience with all phases of discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively within large, cross-office teams.
