Independently oversee and manage client assignments with minimal supervision, serving as a senior member of client teams.
Research complex technical immigration issues, develop creative solutions, and execute case preparation and filing strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including participating in client meetings, briefings, and workshops.
Supervise, mentor, and coach junior associates and staff, ensuring adherence to firm protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with teams locally, regionally, and firmwide, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and business development.

Qualifications:

U.S. JD or LLM required; membership in a U.S. state bar or DC bar.
3–5 years of associate-level experience with exceptional knowledge of immigration law.
Prior team management experience preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
