Litigation Senior Associate

We are seeking a senior associate to join our Litigation practice in multiple U.S. offices. This role focuses on complex commercial litigation, offering the opportunity to handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters for a diverse range of clients.

• Represent clients in all phases of commercial disputes, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.
• Develop and execute case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams on high-profile matters at the intersection of law, government, and business.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff.

Candidates should have significant experience in commercial litigation, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a strong academic background. We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus, and benefits, consistent with leading law firms.

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted promptly).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex matters independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills.
