High‑profile Funds Finance role in a growing European practice. The team acts on capital call, NAV, hybrid and manager/GP facilities across private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate and secondaries, advising both lender and borrower clients across the UK and continental Europe.

You will manage transactions from initial instruction to close with partner support, take a leading role on deals, supervise and train junior fee‑earners, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. The team emphasises collaboration, technical excellence and use of technology to improve transaction efficiency.

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in banking & finance law
Proven experience on Funds Finance transactions (capital call, NAV, hybrid, umbrella/manager facilities)
Skilled in drafting/negotiating facility agreements and security documentation (LMA‑style) and managing local counsel/CP processes
Ability to lead matters, supervise junior team members and contribute to BD and practice development
Comfortable working cross‑jurisdictions and with technology/automation initiatives to enhance delivery
