Join an award‑winning private funds team in London as a Managing Associate. The role offers a central position working on fund formation and fund investment matters across private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt, with frequent collaboration across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex, cross‑border mandates, contribute to business development and help grow the practice. The team operates in a collegiate environment that supports training, mentoring and clear career progression.

Minimum 6 years' post‑qualification experience in an investment funds/private funds practice
Proven experience drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPAs, PPMs, side letters) and advising fund managers and investors
Strong commercial judgement, confident negotiator and able to run files day‑to‑day with partner support
Client‑development focus, comfortable contributing to pitches and building relationships
Collaborative team player with attention to detail and appetite for continuous development; comfortable using tools (including AI) to enhance delivery
