Senior-level role in a busy leveraged finance team advising lenders and sponsors on mid‑market UK and European transactions. The role focuses on leveraged and acquisition finance including unitranche, second‑lien, super‑senior and TLB structures across sectors such as energy, transport, real estate, healthcare and financial services.

You will join a collegiate team and take on significant responsibility for managing transactions, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development. The role offers structured training, mentoring and clear progression opportunities within a high‑performing practice.

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in leveraged finance
Track record on private equity‑backed and mid‑market financings (UK/Europe)
Experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements, commitment papers and intercreditor arrangements
Ability to manage transactions and supervise junior lawyers
Commercial mindset with demonstrable business development experience
