Mid-Level Associate — IP & Technology Transactions, Palo Alto

Leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its IP & Technology Transactions group in Palo Alto. The role focuses on technology-focused commercial agreements and transactional IP work, and requires collaboration with deal teams across offices and practice areas.

Successful candidates will join a formal mentoring and professional development program and will work in a hybrid model that combines in-office and remote work. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex commercial work and to participate in an active pro bono program.

• Mid-level associate (class of 2020–2022 or equivalent experience)
• Experience in IP & technology transactions and technology-related commercial agreements
• Prior law firm experience on M&A or other transactional matters preferred
• Strong academics and ability to work collaboratively across offices and teams
• Active membership in the California bar preferred
