Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Palo Alto.

This role focuses on complex, cross-border life sciences transactions. The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment
Experience with life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements (including cross-border matters)
Experience with life sciences commercial agreements (e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements)
Experience supporting IP transactions for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets

An undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience are preferred but not required. Candidates must be admitted to, or eligible to promptly seek admission to, the California bar. Science background or medical device experience preferred
Admission to, or eligibility for prompt admission to, the California bar
