The role involves advising on intellectual property and technology aspects of complex transactions, working closely alongside colleagues across offices and practice areas.

Junior to mid-level associate with intellectual property and technology transactions experience
Solid law firm experience with M&A transactions
High level of academic achievement preferred

Active membership of the California bar preferred
