An established Finance group is seeking outstanding lateral associates with general finance experience to join its Palo Alto or Los Angeles offices. The role sits within a dynamic, collaborative practice handling sophisticated financing work for a broad range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents, along with UCC and general corporate experience. Exposure to data center or digital infrastructure work is a plus.

General finance experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills for commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents
