Senior associate role in a national real estate finance practice based in Washington, D.C. The team focuses on commercial real estate lending, including mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing, together with acquisition and disposition matters.

The successful candidate will work on lender-side financing transactions and coordinate across deal teams. Strong academics and prior law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to the D.C. Bar.

Applicants should be prepared to submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet and law school transcript. The expected salary range for this role is $260,000–$420,000 (annual, actual pay may vary based on experience).

Admission to the District of Columbia Bar (required)
Substantive experience representing lenders on mortgage, mezzanine and construction real estate loans
Experience with acquisition and disposition matters preferred
Strong academic record and prior law firm experience
